Main Application & Characteristics:
GD-YH-3000 Model of Beverage Mixer is used in producing all kinds of aerated Beverage (Mixing with syrup and carbon dioxide into beverage), such as lemonade, cola, fruit juice and other soda water. It is a main equipment of complete sets of beverage producing line, particularly it is a key equipment to produce middle-high grade of beverage.
Characteristics:
The machine adopts the advanced mixing technology of chemical industry- carbonizer. It has characteristics of larger gas-liquid transferring area, smaller resistance, higher efficiency, lower energy consumption and more simple in structure. The machine also adopts multi-stage centrifugal pumps whose performance is reliable and noise is little. All those make the function of the complete-sets of equipment more reliable.
Mixing proportion is exact and can be adjusted easily. You can easily adjust its output and the proportion of syrup and water without replace any parts of the machine.
The machine adopts carbon dioxide backflow deoxidization, not only can save carbon dioxide gas,but also can achieve the purpose of deoxidization, make deaerated water has good effect of carbonization.
This machine can be easily adjusted the content of carbonated, according to the requirements of the drink’s content of carbonated, through the proper operation to processing adjustment.
This machine has perfect automatic control system, has the advantages of action coordination, simple structure, continuous production and high automation .
The machine has in situ cleaning process flow, reasonable structure, can be convenient to chemical disinfection, heat disinfection and rinse, accord with the food hygiene law requirements.

Product System Indication:
Carbonation pump entrance: the pre-carbonation of water through through water proportioncontrol valve, pump inlet check valve into the carbonation inlet, syrup through syrup proportion control valve, ball valve, check valve into the carbonationpump inlet, adjust the proportion between the valve opening, water and syrup into a constant ratio, the pump suction is evenly mixed.
Carbonation pump outlet section: a good proportion syrup mixed with water by the carbon pump boost, through quantitative valves, flow meters, check valves, static mixers into storage tanks. Static mixer filled with many corrugated plates, increasing the gas-liquid contact area and contact time, pre-carbonation of beverages imported into the static mixer at the same time, access 0.6Mpa of CO2 gas, liquid rotary joint through a maze of corrugated films , once again mixed, so drink to achieve the required air content. Then enter the storage tank holding pressure, the CO2 dissolved in the beverage in full.
Electrical control system: This machine electrical control uses the PLC control, touch screen operation, it can automatically coordinate the various parts of the machine to direct the work, such as water, into the syrup, mixed carbon intake, over-pressure exhaust. And red lights and alarms on the pre-carbonation tank and storage tank liquid level alarm and super-instructions. The main circuit of electrical system, with air switch overload and short circuit protection to the motor, low voltage control system uses a 24V DC sent to the relay, the relay than AC is much less heat, extended product life, thereby improving the overall reliability.
Transportion & Storage
It is strictly prohibited to upset or shock the machine during transportation and erection,in order to protect its pipelines, pressure gauge and level gauge from being loosened or damaged.
The machine shall be stored under a shielded place and keep it clean.
